Banana Muffins

Recipe
Ingredients (for 5 muffins):
  • NEWA Protein cupcake mix-25 gr
  • Egg – 1
  • Banana – 1 
  • Cottage cheese – 50 gr
Cooking directions:
  1. Mash banana with a spoon or fork. Blend or puree.
  2. Mix the banana puree, Newa Nutrition mix, egg and cottage cheese.
  3. Blend all the ingredients and pour the batter into the pan.
  4. Heat the oven to 180/356F, bake about 25 minutes.
