Ingredients (for 5 muffins):
- NEWA Protein cupcake mix-25 gr
Egg – 1
Banana – 1
Cottage cheese – 50 gr
- Mash banana with a spoon or fork. Blend or puree.
- Mix the banana puree, Newa Nutrition mix, egg and cottage cheese.
- Blend all the ingredients and pour the batter into the pan.
- Heat the oven to 180/356F, bake about 25 minutes.
