Ingredients (2 servings)
- Newa pancake mix – 50 gr
- Banana – 1
- Egg – 1
- Coconut chips – 10 gr
- Mash banana with a spoon or fork.
- Add the egg, Newa mix and coconut chips. Blend all the ingredients together.
- Fry on both sides under the lead. Use the dry pan or slightly greased with oil.
Make the delicious sauce mixing 100 gr of plain yoghurt and 1 tea spoon of honey.
