Banana Pancakes

Ingredients (2 servings)
  • Newa pancake mix – 50 gr
  • Banana – 1
  • Egg – 1
  • Coconut chips – 10 gr
Cooking directions:
  1. Mash banana with a spoon or fork.
  2. Add the egg, Newa mix and coconut chips. Blend all the ingredients together.
  3. Fry on both sides under the lead. Use the dry pan or slightly greased with oil.
Ready!

Make the delicious sauce mixing 100 gr of plain yoghurt and 1 tea spoon of honey.
