Blueberry Tartlets

Recipe
Ingredients (for 4 tartlets)
For pie shells:
  • Flour (it is better to use mix of rice and corn flour) – 100 gr (50 gr of each)
  • Plain yogurt – 60 gr
  • Baking powder – on the edge of the knife
  • Sweetener
For filling:
  • Blueberry – 40 gr
  • NEWA pudding mix-30 gr
  • Milk – 100 gr
Cooking directions:
  1. For tarts. Mix flour, yogurt, baking powder and sweetener. Pour the batter into pans, press each into bottom, making the tart. Heat the oven to 180C/356F and bake for 15 minutes.
  2. For filling. If you use frozen berries, defrost it. You can use your favorite berries or fruit as well! Mix milk, blueberry and Newa mix. Whip all the ingredients.
  3. Fill the tarts with filling.
