Ingredients (for 4 tartlets)
For pie shells:
- Flour (it is better to use mix of rice and corn flour) – 100 gr (50 gr of each)
Plain yogurt – 60 gr
Baking powder – on the edge of the knife
- Blueberry – 40 gr
NEWA pudding mix-30 gr
Milk – 100 gr
- For tarts. Mix flour, yogurt, baking powder and sweetener. Pour the batter into pans, press each into bottom, making the tart. Heat the oven to 180C/356F and bake for 15 minutes.
- For filling. If you use frozen berries, defrost it. You can use your favorite berries or fruit as well! Mix milk, blueberry and Newa mix. Whip all the ingredients.
- Fill the tarts with filling.
