- NEWA Protein cupcake mix-50 gr
Eggs – 2
Carrot – 100 gr
Hazelnut – 20 gr
- Grate the carrot
- Chop hazelnuts
- Mix grated carrot, Newa mix, eggs and hazelnut. Blend all the ingredients together, pour into the pan.
- Preheat the oven to 180C/356F and bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve with sour cream or plain yoghurt.
