Carrot and Hazelnut Cake

Recipe
 Ingredients:
  • NEWA Protein cupcake mix-50 gr
  • Eggs – 2
  • Carrot – 100 gr
  • Hazelnut – 20 gr
Cooking directions:
  1. Grate the carrot
  2. Chop hazelnuts
  3. Mix grated carrot, Newa mix, eggs and hazelnut. Blend all the ingredients together, pour into the pan.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180C/356F and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve with sour cream or plain yoghurt.
