Microwave Mug Cake

Recipe
Ingredients:
  • NEWA Protein cupcake mix-25 gr
  • Egg – 1Cottage cheese – 125 gr
  • Fruit/berry puree – 50 gr
Cooking directions:
  1. Mix all the ingredients
  2. Pour the batter into the pan
  3. Bake in microwave for 3 minutes
  4. Cool the cake
  5. Serve with berry puree, sour cream, plain yoghurt upon your choice.
