Ingredients: (for 5 servings)
- Newa protein – 25 gr
Sour milk (kefir) – 200 ml
Oatmeal (small size) – 100 gr
Egg – 2
Sweetener – upon your choice
Baking soda mixed with vinegar (1/4 of teaspoon)
- Mix kefir and oatmeal and leave it to swell up.
- Add protein, eggs, sweetener and baking soda. Blend all the ingredients and pour into the pans.
- Heat the oven to 180C/356F and bake about 30 minutes.
