Oatmeal Cake

Recipe
Ingredients: (for 5 servings)
  • Newa protein – 25 gr
  • Sour milk (kefir) – 200 ml
  • Oatmeal (small size) – 100 gr
  • Egg – 2
  • Sweetener – upon your choice
  • Baking soda mixed with vinegar (1/4 of teaspoon)
Cooking directions:
  1. Mix kefir and oatmeal and leave it to swell up.
  2. Add protein, eggs, sweetener and baking soda. Blend all the ingredients and pour into the pans.
  3. Heat the oven to 180C/356F and bake about 30 minutes.
