We start processing your order after receiving the payment (the full amount including tax and delivery charge).
Payment can be made via Paypal or by Credit card.
Replacement and refund
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our product, we can replace it for free or you can get a full refund within 30 days.
Order cancellation
If the order is cancelled before shipping, the refund is made after the notice of cancellation from the customer. The refund can take up to several days depending on your bank.
However if the order was cancelled after it had been shipped to the customer, the customer is responsible for sending it back. Refund is made as soon as we get the package.
