Chocolate Roll

Ingredients (4 servings) for filling:
  • NEWA Pudding mix – 30 gr
  • Milk – 150 ml
  • Cocoa – 1table spoon
For biscuit dough:
  • Egg – 3
  • Cornstarch – 30 gr
  • Sweetener – upon your choice
Cooking directions:
  1. Make biscuit. Separate egg whites and yolks. Beat egg whites until foaming. Blend yolks with cornstarch and sweetener. Carefully mix all together. Place a sheet of parchment paper on the bottom of the pan, and pour the batter into the pan. Heat the oven to 180C/356F and bake for 20 minutes.
  2. Make filling. Mix milk with cocoa and Newa mix. Beat with mixer to a thick cream.
  3. Spread the ready biscuit with filling, roll up the cake and leave for 2 hours to impregnate.
